SAVIAN AMPS WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing Savian Amps.

Savian Amps takes great pride in thoroughly testing each product prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your amplifier, speaker box or other product, please refer to warranty information below.

Savian Amps offers a warranty to the original purchaser of our goods for a period of 12 months from purchase.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE TO USE YOUR WARRANTY.

This warranty does not cover service or parts to repair damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, disaster, misuse, abuse, over-powering, negligence, inadequate packing or shipping procedures and service, repair or any modifications to the product which have not been authorized or approved by Savian Amps in writing.

ANY MODIFICATION TO THE AMPLIFIER WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

If this product is defective in materials or workmanship as warranted above, your sole remedy shall be repair or replacement by Savian Amps as provided below.

CAUTION: Do NOT attempt to repair, modify or service your amplifier!

Savian Amps, like all valve amplifiers, have extremely high voltages that can cause serious injury or death. Do not remove the chassis from the amplifier. All repair and service work must be performed by Savian Amps (or a Savian Amps authorized service centre).

ANY UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

VALVES: Savian Amps warrants the original purchaser, for the specific valves used in Savian Amps for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.

If a valve fails within the 90 day warranty period, please refer to the Return Procedure below.

RETURN PROCEDURES:  In the unfortunate event that a defect occurs, please call us on 0452 525 483. In most cases we can help you diagnose the problem over the phone.

If the product needs to be returned to us for attention, please refer to the Return Procedures below.

  • Firstly, call Savian Amps on 0452 525 483 to discuss the problem. If it’s necessary to send the goods back, Savian Amps will give you an R.A.( Return Authorisation) Number.
  • Defective products must be shipped, together with R.A. No., proof of purchase and freight pre-paid to Savian Amps.
  • Products must be shipped in their original packaging or its equivalent; in any case, the risk of loss or damage in transit is to be borne by the purchaser.
  • Always include your correct return address and contact telephone number.

If Savian Amps determines that the unit was defective in materials or workmanship at any time during the warranty period, Savian Amps has the option of repairing or replacing the product at no additional charge, except as set forth below.

  • All replaced parts become a property of Savian Amps.
  • Savian Amps is not responsible for costs associated with expedited shipping, either to Savian Amps or the return of the product to the customer. However, Savian Amps will pay for “regular”return shipping back to customer.
